2. Products
Iliana offers handcrafted artisanal jewellery.
Due to the handmade nature of our creations, each piece is unique. Minor variations in colour, texture, dimensions, finish and shape are not defects but part of the character and individuality of handcrafted work.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. While every effort is made to accurately represent the products, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screens and the handmade production process.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros (€).
Prices include applicable VAT when required by Spanish law.
Shipping costs, customs duties and other charges are not included unless expressly stated during the checkout process.
Iliana reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the price applicable at the time the order is placed.
4. Orders
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
Iliana reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Pricing errors
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Technical errors affecting the order process
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment Methods
Payments may be made using the payment methods available on the website, including but not limited to:
- Credit and debit cards
- PayPal
- Shopify Payments
- Other payment methods offered at checkout
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Iliana does not store complete payment card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the destinations specified on the website.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon delivery.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are pleased to offer reliable shipping both within Spain and internationally.
- Spain: Flat-rate shipping of €5 on all orders. Free shipping on orders over €45.
- European Union: Standard shipping rates apply. Free shipping on orders over €150.
- International (Rest of the World): Standard shipping rates apply. Free shipping on orders over €300.
Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout its journey. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and seasonal demand. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for destinations outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, customers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify Iliana in writing by email before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned products or proof of return shipment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made jewellery
- Personalised jewellery
- Products made according to the customer's specifications
- Products altered at the customer's request
Such items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
9. Defective Products and Warranty
Customers are entitled to the legal warranty rights established under applicable Spanish and European consumer protection legislation.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact Iliana as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs and relevant information.
Where appropriate, Iliana may offer:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
- Partial refund
depending on the circumstances.
10. Care of Jewellery
Customers are encouraged to follow the care instructions provided with each product.
Natural wear, accidental damage, improper use, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, water or misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.
11. Intellectual Property
All jewellery designs, photographs, illustrations, logos, texts and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Iliana.
No content may be reproduced, copied or used without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Iliana shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through the website, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
13. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from purchases made through the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the consumer's place of residence where required by law.
